Coffee: 5 Food: 4 Service: 4.5 Atmosphere: 2 I really like this place—I come here all the time, and it could easily be one of my favorite spots. The coffee is great, the ambiance looks nice... But there’s one thing that keeps frustrating me, and I’ve been holding off on writing this review (for a LONG LONG time), hoping it would change. Unfortunately, it hasn’t. The music. It’s consistently way too loud and doesn’t match the otherwise relaxed vibe of the café. It makes it difficult to have a conversation, focus on work, or just enjoy my cup of coffee. I feel like I accidentally walked into a terrible party I want to leave. I’ve asked the staff a few times to turn it down or to change it to something more relaxed, but it’s usually met with resistance, and nothing changes. This place would be so much better if the music actually matched its cozy atmosphere. A small adjustment—a more laid-back playlist and lower volume—would make a huge difference. I truly love coming here, and I’m writing this in the hope that my voice (and the voices of many friends who stopped coming because of the music) will be heard. Please!! :)) P.S. Fabrika in the Center manages to get it just right—no music issues there (usually), and the vibe is much more in tune with a relaxed café experience. It shows how a little change can make a big difference.

Coffee is the best coffee in Sarajevo. Service is fast and great. But the big issue is the music and amount of smoke. Everyone are smoking and it’s disgusting and impossible to enjoy that amazing coffee and dessert with it. I thought that it’s forbidden to smoke inside in Bosnia. The non-smoking area lacks light, also smoke is entering and music is more accustomed to gym, and not relaxing cafe place.
