لم أقم في الفندق ولكن جلسنا في الكافيه شربنا عصير البرتقال كان طبيعياً وبارد ولذيذ بتكلفه 3€ وبوظه بطعم الليموم والأناناس كان جيد ولكن ليس جامد جدا كفايه حيث بدء بالزوبان بعد دقيقتين بتكلفه 3€ و طلبنا شيشة بطعم النعناع والفواكه كان جيدة جدا بتكلفه 10€

لم أقم في الفندق ولكن جلسنا في الكافيه شربنا عصير البرتقال كان طبيعياً وبارد ولذيذ بتكلفه 3€ وبوظه بطعم الليموم والأناناس كان جيد ولكن ليس جامد جدا كفايه حيث بدء بالزوبان بعد دقيقتين بتكلفه 3€ و طلبنا شيشة بطعم النعناع والفواكه كان جيدة جدا بتكلفه 10€

Posizione perfetta. Stanza abbastanza grande che affacciava direttamente sulla strada principale. Bagno piccolino ma funzionale. La colazione viene servita nel ristorante ed è in stile turco. Unico neo è che non è un posto particolarmente silenzioso. Eravamo due adulti e un bambino dovevamo la mattina dopo svegliarci presto ma non siamo riusciti a dormire prima di mezzanotte perché c'era un gruppo che suonava e cantava (molto bravi ) intrattenendo i clienti del ristorante dell' hotel proprio sotto la nostra finestra.

I can't say enough about our fantastic stay at Hotel Emen! The location is absolutely ideal—right at the doorstep of the enchanting old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Mostar has to offer. The hotel itself is small but wonderfully cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Velid, who ensured every morning started off perfectly with a delicious and varied spread. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a special touch to our room. Maywa and the team went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience, setting up a beautiful and romantic room that exceeded our expectations. We also had the pleasure of taking a private tour arranged by the hotel. Omar, our guide, was exceptional—patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a fellow Liverpool fan, we had some great conversations along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Omar’s passion for his city and ensuring we had the best experience was clear from the start. The staff at Hotel Emen are genuinely some of the most hospitable people we’ve ever met. They take care of you like family, making sure every aspect of your stay is perfect. If you're visiting Mostar, this is the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so special.

Öğle yemeği olarak cevapi söyledik. Köfteler harikaydı, tadı damağımızda kaldı. Ama çok bekledik, servis yavaştı açıkçası.

ماسكنت في الفندق ولكن مريت المطعم من انظف الاماكن تقريباً ومافيه ريحه ولا دخان مثل المطاعم الثانيه وطلع فيه كوفي جربت البان كيك عندهم لذيذ وفرحت بوجود شاي تركي خلصت كوب وطلبت الثاني والموظف دين جداً متعاون

المطعم جميل جدا والمكان نظيف ورائحة المحل خاليه من التدخين، عكس المحلات الأخرى والعاملين، في المكان محترمين سريعين في الخدمه خاصه الموظف دين انصح بتجربة المكان

Hrana i osoblje čista desetka ! Mali minus za balkon od sobe,pored balkona je ventilacija koja izlazi iz kuhinje i miris ubija,ali ništa strašno!

Perfect place to visit while in Mostar. Rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody was able to communicate in multiple languages. Went out of their way to help us with all the luggage and taxi accommodations, etc.. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. In addition, location is superb and just few steps from the old bridge. Breakfast, which is included with most bookings, is to die for . I will be sending all of my family and friends. We will definitely be back to this wonderful town and amazing hotel.

We got a second-floor room, and it was bad. Small windows mean less air circulation. It’s too hot to close them, but if you keep them open, noises come in. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work well and needs a serious clean as there’s dust coming out of it. The water heater doesn’t work well, so you only get hot water for like 10 minutes, and you have to wait 30 minutes or more for it to become lukewarm again. The only positive thing is that the male staff helped us with luggage (no elevator). If it’s true that it’s the same price as the ones on the first floor (bigger, and perhaps with normal cooling), then yes, it’s overpriced.
