MD Rent a Car

What an amazing experience we had with the guys at MD! First of all they asked for our flights and brought the car out to the airport. We rented the VW Passat and had absolutely no issues with the car. Dino was always fast to respond via WhatsApp and he gave us good tips for our trip. To top it off the guys told us to bring the car to the airport in the morning of our flight although we had originally booked the return for the previous day. Oh, and zero hassle with the deposit! Loved Bosnia and if we come again we’ll 100% turn to MD for a car! Love from Finland and special thanks to Dino & co!

Geçtiğimiz hafta burdan Renault araç kiraladık. Kiralama esnasında ve teslim sırasında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Bir sorumuz olduğunda WhatsApp üzerinden hızlı şekilde iletişim kurabildik. Araba ile sınırı geçip Sırbistan'a gittik. Yaklaşık 5-6 gün arabayı kullandık. Bize hiç bir sorun ya da ek masraf çıkarmadı araba. Teslim sırasında yetkililer söz verdikleri saatte geldiler. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. İyi niyetli ve kibar insanlar. Herkese öneriyorum. Eğer tekrar gidersek yine onlarla çalışacağız.

El mejor precio que encontramos incluyendo seguro a todo riesgo y conductor/a adicional (la fianza fue de 150 € que nos devolvieron a la entrega del vehículo). Mahir siempre atento antes y con la entrega. Recomendado 100%. Si volvemos a Bosnia, ya sabemos con quién contactar.

Hem aracı alışta hem teslimde bekletme olmadı. Güvenilir bir şirket. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir

Felicissima dell’esperienza avuta con questo noleggio. Massima attenzione al cliente e comunicazione rapida via Whatsapp. Abbiamo cambiato piani diverse volte, ma ci hanno sempre accontentati! Sono stati gentilissimi, l’auto era pulita e addirittura ce l’hanno consegnata all’ostello senza costi aggiuntivi. Nessun extra per il secondo guidatore e uno piccolissimo per andare fuori dalla Bosnia (noi siamo stati in Montenegro). Abbiamo comparato diversi noleggi e questo ci sembrava il migliore. Dopo averlo provato, possiamo confermare. Grazie ancora per la vostra professionalità! Siete il mio nuovo punto di riferimento in Bosnia ed Erzegovina.

Queriamos un coche para dos personas en Sarajevo. Tuve muy buena experiencia porque solo lo queriamos para un día y muchas empresas no quieren que alquiles para un día. El chico es majísimo y su amigo, que nos llevó hasta la estación como favor a las 6:20 de la mañana también. 10000000% recomiendo, saludos desde España !!!! Siempre fue un placer hablar con ellos. El coche perfecto y la fianza se devolvió sin problema y al instante. Contestan rapidamente y si hay un problema lo resuelven en inmediatamente. No lo dudeis, totalmente recomendado!!

They are a brilliant car rental company, great prices and really look after their customers. It was a pleasure to deal with Emir and Mahir, nothing was too much trouble for them and whatever they could do they did to make for the perfect Bosnian roadtrip.

We had a lovely experience with Mahir and his team! Great communication from the start and he was always quick to respond. Also very accommodating, reliable, friendly, and super professional. We had to extend our rental for one more day last minute and there were no issues. The car was spotless, in great condition, and we couldn’t have been happier. It was perfect for our 4-day roadtrip around BiH. As a bonus, they also do free drop-off/pickup which was very helpful for us. If we ever need a car again while visiting Sarajevo, we will definitely use their services again!

I have never met such high quality of service even in the other countries. 1) they respond quickly - by WhatsApp you can receive all information immediately, 2) they are very flexible - the car was delivered to the city center, where was convenient for us 3) car was clean, in good condition, full fuel, 4) price was competitive, deposit not so high, 5) they prepared all documents needed (rental contract, etc.) in advance, to reduce the time of hand over, 6) returning the car was in the city center too, 7) punctuality - the staff was on the spot always on time, 8) they even gave us some tips about tourist trips planning, I really recommend MD Rent a Car!

Best rent car company I ever dealt with, very professional customer service, staff are friendly and promptly responsive. The car battery went off suddenly in the middle of my trip from Bihac to Sarajevo and they managed to replace it within one hour. I highly recommend this company.
