The best view of the old bridge. It is a very cozy and beautifully decorated place. Honestly the bosnian coffee wasn't great but the desserts are very good and I enjoyed the ambiance a lot! It feels very local and the divers rest and drink there.

What an amazing journey back in time! We came across this little café by chance when we were already tired after all the touristy things people here usually do. The tiny coffee shop is located in the tower above the bridge, there is a hidden staircase leading up behind the souvenir stalls. The view to the walking crowd of people underneath and blue-watered River Neretva is unforgettable. We adored the authentic Bosnian coffee and furniture. A lovely man offering the best coffee you can enjoy in the prickly summer heat of Mostar. He did not want to accept any tip either! The tower was breezy and the atmosphere charming. We enjoyed our time there in the 40 degrees and felt grateful to be there just in the moment. If you have the chance, choose this place instead of the fancy cafés, athough they also do have their charm.

My partner and I were alone in a cafe. We drank Bosnian coffee and enjoyed the music and the view. We got into a conversation with the owner and learned everything about the history of Mostar itself, how he experienced the war, and he also recommended a local restaurant with good prices, which we were delighted with. If you are in Mostar, you should definitely stop by this cafe. I recommend it to everyone.

Believe has 2 names.

A super cosy and super old cafe, the shopkeeper says it's the oldest working coffeehouse in Europe. It has an amazing view – you can watch the bridge and perhaps divers jumping off the bridge (it's right up the stairs from the divers' club). You can get a Bosnian coffee, a baklava or elderflower juice here. It's small, but wasn't busy – felt like a hidden gem, as maybe people don't realise there's a cafe just up the stairs from the Old Bridge. The sign says "caffe ČARDAK". I'm attaching a photo of the stairs to take.

Divan prostor, odlična muzika, gospodin koji nas je služio je bio jako uljudan. Kafa je bila super kao i smokvara. Oba dana koja smo proveli u Mostaru došli smo ovdje popiti kafu. Pogled je predivan i općenito je lijep ugođaj. Definitivno se vraćam ovdje!

You have to stop here in Mostar! The baklava is the best, very fresh. And the owner was so sweet and showed us how to properly drink the Bosnian coffee. And of course the views are unbelievable.
