Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sarajevo

Absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this branch. We rented a car from Enterprise for a week and everything was perfect on pickup. We ended up getting stuck in Mostar due to the landslides and flooding and Amila was absolutely amazing going out of her way to communicate all our options to us and even contacting other departments to organise a workable solution to return the car to Sarajevo with no additional costs. I would absolutely recommend this company and would definitely rent from them again if we return to Sarajevo.

Hired a car for a few days for a road trip to Mostar, Dubrovnik and Kotor. Pick up process was efficient and simple. Amila was very helpful and efficient on return as well. There was no issue with car.

The process of renting a car was smooth and efficient. The staff patiently explained all the necessary paperwork and rental terms, answering any questions I had with a smile. Kind and friendly staff who spoke good english made the experience very comfortable for a foreigner. Would definitely recommend enterprise as the go to for a rental in Bosnia :)

Wypożyczony samochód zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Nie korzystam z dodatkowych zabezpieczeń kaucji w wypożyczalni tylko w innej firmie (wychodzi taniej) . Zdanie i przyjęcie samochodu bardzo drobiazgowe. Trzeba mieć to na uwadze i liczyć się z czasochłonnością. Zdarzyła mi się obcierka zderzaka Obliczono szkodę na 150 eur Dokumenty wyliczające potrącenie z kaucji otrzymałem tak wiec nie miałem problemu z refundacją Dla mnie obsługa o. k

We rented a car for two weeks with Enterprise (at the airport). A lot of paperwork to sign and go through but it went smooth! I highly recommend

Everything was fine, the team was fantastic, especially a tall guy and smaller guy with a beard, they do a great job,the car was great, we only have problem with insurance, but we solved that too. I Hope to See you next year. Kind regards

Dårlig behandling samt bilerne er ikke til forventninger i forhold til pris. Samt man kan ikke aflevere bilen uden at man bliver påkravet et eller andet beløb på den ene eller den anden slags gebyr.

جيد ومرونه في التعامل خصوصا الموظفه مليحه ... اسمي خالد العجب وتبقى لي مبلغ التأمين وباقي من اجرة السيارة ولم يرد لي علما ان الموظف في المطار اكد لي ارجاعه لي خلال اسبوعين ارجو التواصل خاص ولكم الشكر
