First of all, I must state that if I rent a car in Sarajevo again, my address is clear. We chose Greenmotion because of our trust in the brand, but Edmir took our experience to a higher level. By telling us about a bad rental experience of his own, he suggested us to take a video of the vehicle to guarantee that we would not be in the same situation and he advised us to do this in every rental in every city. Edmir patiently answered all the questions we asked before travelling to Sarajevo and during our conversations in his office. Some of our questions were so local that we would have asked a tourist guide, and he answered them all with courtesy. He said: Whatever problems we had with the car (accidents, etc.) we could call him first and he would always be as close as a phone call so that we would act correctly and not be victimised. I wouldn't feel so comfortable if I borrowed my dad's car :) I was very pleased to meet and do business with this moral and kind man who respects his work and his customers.

It was great experience! I am glad we rented car from Greenmotion Sarajevo and Mr. Edmir. He is very understanding and very kind person. He picked us up from the Sarajevo airport before our rental and dropped ıs back there after our rental. He is very supportive as well.. our car was very comfortable and economic and it made our vacation in Bosnia and Montenegro much better and unforgettable. I wish all the best!

Zıraat kartımdan 1000 euro deposito çekilmişti 1 ay sonra yattı banka ile ilgiliymiş, kredi kartı kullanırsanız daha iyi olur onun dışında hiç bir sorun yaşamadım araba gayet güzeldi her şey için teşekkür ederim

Der Standort ist außerhalb des Flughafens, jedoch nur 100 m entfernt: man muss lediglich das Flughafengelände verlassen, die Straße über den Fußgängerweg überqueren und schon ist man dort. Die Vermittlung lief einwandfrei, das Auto war in keinem neuen Zustand, lies sich aber gut fahren. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles hat gut geklappt.

I certainly recommend anybody to rent from this place. Manager and his employee were very kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. I rented the car for 5 days and no problem occured during the processes of welcome or goodbye. They were always reachable by phone 24/7 for any question you would have. Thanks again :)
