All was good. No deposit or credit card required. Nice car. We agreed about everything in WhatsApp and took the car next day. It was a one day trip to Mostar, so returned the same day. Highly recommend the service. Actually there’s no need to go to the office - you can manage everything via WhatsApp. When driving just be careful with parking - paid parking is almost everywhere in center.

Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung! Das „Büro“ liegt im Haus, also reingehen und/ oder am besten gleich anrufen. Die Preise sind gut, das Auto fuhr und das hat für uns gepasst. Verlängerung war unkompliziert möglich, Übergabe wie vereinbart!

A delight to deal with. Walked over to the (very small) Time office in the evening around 6:00 pm, rang the number on the door and the man told me he would be there in ten minutes. On cue he arrived and I organised to rent a car (Renault Megane Automatic) for the following day. Very simple agreement, one signature, no deposit, and I paid in cash. Good value. Arranged to collect the car the following morning, but just as we were about to leave I got a call from Hotel reception saying the car had been delivered, met the rental man outside who showed me the controls and off we sent to Srebrenica. Returned the car that evening, having given the man a ring 10 minutes before we arrived back in Sarajevo.

We were able to get a last minute car by calling the number on the door. The car worked great and was convenient to pick up and drop off right in the old town. We’ll rent from here again next time!

Seen the good reviews online so went to check it out called the number on the door he came in under 5 min. The owner was very friendly gave us a great deal and the car worked perfect. I highly recommend going to this place if you want to rent a car in sarajevo. Thank you so much love from California
